Every visit, every time — you speak directly with Dr. Reyes, a board-certified emergency physician. Not a triage nurse reading from a script, not an AI chatbot, not a PA who has to "check with someone." The doctor answers your call, reviews your history, and makes clinical decisions with you in the room.
“How fast can I actually be seen?”
Same-day appointments are available seven days a week, including evenings. Most patients are seen within two to three hours of booking. If your concern is urgent, tell us when you call — we hold same-day slots specifically for that.
“What if my symptoms come back at night?”
Discharge doesn't mean you're on your own. Every patient leaves with a direct contact number and a 48-hour follow-up window. If something changes at 2 a.m., you reach a real person — not a voicemail, not a hold queue. We built Triage because that gap in care shouldn't exist.
“What if I waited too long to come in?”
